This is a very busy Starbucks. It’s very noisy with all the business, especially blenders always going. (I shouldn’t complain about blenders, since I usually order a Frappuccino.) The dining room is typical SB layout. However, I don’t find it to be a good place to relax to enjoy a cup because of the high volume. (If the former Burger King only had that kind of business at that location…)
Our drinks are usually correct 75% of the time. Be sure to take a sip before you leave. The drinks are overpriced as their reputation, but we still choose to pay for something we expect to enjoy.
The hot food isn’t great. It reminds me of pre-made frozen sandwiches that have just been heated up. Although, they are not as low of quality as a microwaved gas station burrito.
The baked goods are usually good and sometimes oddly bitter when I expected sweet. They have a cranberry bliss bar that only comes out at winter holiday season that is very worth the insulin coma.
Service is good on most visits. Some baristas seem to have an issue when you don’t tip. I personally will not tip a barista at Starbucks, because they are fast food workers that receive an average wage of $13.50 and not a server wage of $2.13.
The location is ok. Traffic can be an issue depending on your route of travel, day and time. Please be careful and patient. The driveway to Green Oak Drive should be relocated to the North property line, but they decided to use the old existing BK driveways.
Beware of homeless people lurking outside the drive-thru. I know it’s not Starbucks fault that they can’t take a bat and chase the creeps...
Read moreA 6foot plus heavy set female barista with pigtails and large goggle prescription glasses was very rude and passive aggressive. 3:30pm July 30, 2024. She asked if I ordered decaf espresso or decaf roast because she couldn’t make it. So I pulled up my app and showed her and ANSWERED her question and said I ordered decaf roast. Then she just stood there and stared at me for 10 seconds then proceeded with “like I said” with a snarky tone. Don’t ask me a question and get an attitude with me when I ANSWERED your question you ASKED. That was dumb and unnecessary. She could’ve reimbursed me for my drink and got someone else to make it. Before I received my order, I was waiting inside and she was throwing bags of popcorn like a child at her coworkers. Very unprofessional. The confusing part was the app said I could do decaf roast so I didn’t understand why she behaved like that and why they...
Read moreService is definitely a bit slow at this location. Placed a mobile order that states 4-7 minutes ready time and it was not ready when I got there. Took 13 minutes from the time I ordered on the starbucks app. When I got there no customers were in line and 3 employees were there working slowly or just talking to each other. One employee was mopping the floor and another was ready to leave but saw the mobile order and put the sticker on the cup and didn't do anything for 4 minutes and then left. That order came in probably 6 minutes ago. Then the guy mopping the floor took over and not sure if he washed his hands before making my order. Overall, disappointed with speed of service and customer service, not very friendly and didn't acknowledge me at all when I came in or say anything when I was waiting for my order but the order was...
