You will have a safe and clean experience with this transit option. The morning rides are cool, and the afternoons can be on the warmer side. Depending on the time you catch the bus- you might have someone on every seat and half double seated, or only sparsely seated. Twice in the last three months the bus driver had to turn people away as the bus was full. Both those times were in the afternoon leaving downtown. There is always another bus on the way 10-15 minutes away. I waited 20 minutes one time but that was because the bus had actually broken down. Due to the buses being service - This route is using commercial tour buses now which specialize in storage, but have less leg room. On these temporary buses there is no longer an and audio cue which means you really have to pay attention as you near your stop. The seat are generally more comfortable though and the Wi-Fi works most is the time. The drivers are friendly and the passengers are a quiet crowd. Many people sleep in the ride.
