Needed CBD and pain relief been disabled 15 years, sometimes the foot pain is unbearable. I can walk to this location it's so close. The owners brother is the original person who helped me and he's the best The rest didn't treat me too kindly the first time. The Asian man ignored me both times. Seems like discrimination.

The CBD vape I bought stopped working after a few days and if you keep scrolling down, you will see many one star reviews I didn't see the first time, just saw them now while updating my old review .. scroll down further they hide the low reviews.

I had to come back to get a refund or exchange but I had to wait until 3pm today for owner to resolve and then when she arrived and told me "WE DONT GIVE RECIEPTS" for the cash I paid bother times they won't give a receipt just take pics of the computer screen the other head shops at least print of email or text a receipt with loyalty points balance but these people don't. THAT WAS A RED 🚩but other than that it's a great spot, depending on who is working, the Asian man ignored me both times but the young girl at least addressed me.

Below is my original review I took one star off for the broken vape issues and time it took to resolve but without a receipt that is hard. Fix that.

I actually had great experiences here with the employees and the store overall. I keep going back because of how patient and informative the guys and girls behind the counter are. They have an amazing selection of vapes and water pipes. I have to give 3 stars because of an expensive piece I bought being quite a disappointment. I spent nearly $350 on a piece that didn’t really function, and definitely not as advertised. It has glycerin coils meant to be stored in the freezer to cool down the smoke. The first time I tried it I immediately realized it had almost no pull. It was a two piece pipe and the parts didnt fit together exactly but I was fine knowing it was handmade. I lost airflow through that but also the top had a weak pull by itself.I thought it to be a blockage or maybe I hadn’t used enough water, but I later found out the coils were leaking sticky glycerin on the inside. I had taken the best care of it and didn’t see any damage or cracks anywhere so I don’t know where it’s coming from. I am going to officially going to be a regular! Damon was beyond helpful and talked me through everything, answering all my questions even ones that made me feel dumb for not knowing and yet he did it all with a smile and not once did he talk down to me like so many others have at other shops! He was attentive and friendly and help me find exactly what I needed! I haven’t tried my product yet but I feel so much more confident switching to this new one now thanks to him! If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Just the amazing service alone was enough to sell me on this place but that isn’t the only sell obviously! The store is so well stocked and it is so comfortable of an atmosphere I felt like I could just sit down and be relaxed in there! (For me that’s a challenge) I will recommend this place till I am blue in the face! I don’t think I will ever need to shop around ever again when it comes to getting what I need!
