Boot Barn — Local services in Houston

My husband got his work boots here with a booth voucher and we paid the difference. 7 months later one of the nails from inside of the boot when it was made was sticking up and poking his foot when walking around at work. Durango has a one year warranty on all products if it is a defect which this was. Called booth barn because as the retailer they are suppose to honor said policy they refused over the phone when I asked for name of person refusing for ref when I call Durango they changed story and said that I needed to go up there for them to inspect boots. Went up there just for them to tell me my manager said we won’t take them back unless Durango tell us to do so. Did not inspect the boot at all wasted my time. Called Durango when they opened which I was informed boot barn would be in breach of contract if they do not honor policy of 1 year warranty they spoke to a store manager who was reminded they need to follow the policy. Got the boots replaced they all did not seem happy they had to do it. Will not be returning here will be going somewhere else with my husbands work...

I like shopping at Boot Barn, they are not cheap but they do put a lot of discounts and sales promotion. We have the credit card which has lots of perks. But the issue is not how much the merchandise cost or anything else. It's the fact that the customer service is confusing at th time, some of yhe employees are pretty helpful and assist well, some just try to be difficult first they act like they dont want to give you the promotions they have going on, so why do you offer them in the first place. Then military discount why offer if if you say you cant do it with items that are already reduce.

Well the put out a big sign letting customer know and that's the day I wont shop there anymore.

Then some of my items were marked incorrectly on merchandise and ended up charging me more.

Security guard watches you like you are a criminal. Really!!!!! This store is a disaster. And excuse that Selena gave me for the discounts is ridiculous will not return to...

To start off, Colton sales person provided great service . He was very friendly, kind and professional. I was able to find the items I was looking for.  Ariat brand was offered by sales person and I liked it so much. Store was clean and well organized. To finish my check out . Abraham went beyond to make my visit beyond great. Abraham was very friendly and made me feel home. He communicated very well and assist me well. Thank you Abraham . My day was very tired and wanted to just check out and go and you went beyond my needs to make my visit comfortable and a happier day.
