When you enter business you get promises of a good customer experience but then you are lied to .. I went in to purchase a Bed Set and when I arrived home realized bed set would not fit, called store and spoke with Carla to cancel the sale . She said okay .. and confirmed the cancelation. come to find out she claimes she called me the next day for delivery of furniture which is NOT TRUE .. when you go and address the issue manager Nallely , she lies with Carla about sale and wanting to charge a restocking fee of over 600.00. This place is a Fraud place that sent synchrony finance a letter of lies of intent to deliver next day which never happened . Carla never canceled the sale and now they want me to pay 2000.00 when I never received no furniture .. Don’t trust them with your personal information cause you never know the type of fraud...

I purchased a living room set less than one month ago which I believed that I was going to receive a brand new living room set. ☹️ Instead they sent me a used living room set with mole and discoloration. The furniture boxes were already opened when it was delivered to our house. There are two pieces that are damaged. Nobody came to ouur house to verify that this furniture is unfit. My family and I can't even sit down in our living room because we don't want to sit on this furniture. We're trying to make our house a home. We need tv stands coffee tables end tables china cabinets and furniture. We can't comfortably around in the living room because this furniture is in our way. Believe me this furniture store doesn't deserve to be in business. These people are knowingly engaging in organized crime misleading customers...
