I appreciate the prompt response of the maintenance staff to our requests submitted either by email, or personal consultation with Ms. McVade.
She always acknowledges all notifications of any issues we submit. If regular maintenance staff cannot address the issue, as with A/C repairs or major plumbing problems, she will notify us that an outside service company has been scheduled. She also follows up on the issues we submit – either by phone or in person to make sure the problems have been addressed.
She is helpful with coordinating repairs so that our regular business hours are not interrupted.

Read moreI had my office Broken into and got my computer stolen , and so I requested if the management can help me and the police by providing security footage after multiple attempts and run arounds almost a month I was told there was no footage am on the third floor I don’t know how there is a blind spot from 3rd to ground level , management was very reluctant in answering emails .
