My recent visit to Brident Dental was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered in a healthcare setting. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, signed in, and began what turned out to be an incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily long wait.

I waited over an hour before I was even called to provide my insurance information, which was verified within 15 minutes. By then, I had already been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I asked about the delay, I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes.

However, that estimate was far from accurate. Forty minutes later, I had to ask again and was assured it would only be “15 more minutes.” That turned into yet another half-hour wait before I was finally seen. In total, I waited an outrageous 2 hours and 20 minutes before receiving any care.

This level of disorganization and lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. Delays happen, but clear communication and efficient management are basic expectations in any professional environment—especially in healthcare. We've been going to this office since it was Crown Dental. They've always done an excellent job with me and both my kids who are now grown! But we've had our ups and downs with this office! If you've been going somewhere for years you're not gonna always have a positive experience! I will say that the quality of service has definitely went down since it changed from Crown to Brident! If you have high blood pressure and you're experiencing dental issues this is not the dentist office for you! They will send you away and tell you to go to the emergency room where you will sit for hours and your dental issue will not get taken care of! Pain medication doesn't always help if the tooth needs to be removed! Severe pain causes blood pressure to go up! This is no longer the right dentist office for me and my family and we made the change to a different one after our most recent experience here! I did get my tooth pulled at a different dentist office the same day I was turned away from here! One that had the patience to take my blood pressure more than once and numbed my tooth so that my blood pressure would go down due to the pain subsiding! Y'all need...

Don’t go there if you black. Very racist. Mexican woman told me go somewhere else if I don’t understand. I have 5 wisdom teeth and they want to use laughting gas to extract my impacted tooth as if anything is funny. The lady proceeded to tell me I can get a refund. As I got up to get my $57 refund they laughed and said we don’t do refunds. I am 22 years old I’ve been coming here since last Year October and today they decided to charge me $57 and attempt to charge me another $1100 while I have insurance. Never mentioned $1100 even though I always ask about how much should I expect to pay. I was told prices vary but $1100 is more than vary. Took off of work for 3 days to have this procedure done just to be crying at 9am. Please don’t go here unless you need simple work like a teeth cleaning. I had the option to pay after service and I should have did that. I’ve been getting consulted since October last year these people are horrendous.
