The boutique is nice and the staff is too. We invested about 8 months with them. My daughter loved a dress design for her quince... they took measurements and pictures at the fitting to make sure the dress would be perfect. When the dress arrived we were excited to see the final product . As I waited in the waiting room anxiously to see my daughter...I soon was disappointed to see the dress was not the same we had ordered. They already knew the dress was not the same but did not tell me that over the phone. The manager Janet, tried to persuade me to keep the dress but the top of the dress was change to different lace, the stone were different and placed different on the dress, the skirt of the dress also was changed. Janet told me that no dress was going to be the same because sometimes they run out of the material in the picture and they have to use what they have in stock. I was very disappointed with her response because she never maintained that before when we ordered the dress. So after reviewing the receipt and the return policy. I decided to get my money back! After Janet again try to persuade me again to keep the dress and that she will lose if I didn’t. I knew I needed to go somewhere else. I got my money back. We when to another boutique and she got the dress of her dreams exactly as we ordered. *So be careful when you order or they assure you they will make a Costume designs dress for you because is not true at all. Let me start by telling you this place is very friendly & Patient our 15 was a lil rush and this was the right place to come to the person that help us was so helpful she really took her time too help us out she was very kind & explainable to us if we had any questions she took her time to answer every question the two dresses and accessories we Purchase were very stunning 😍 I couldn’t explain how beautiful the dresses were everyone at the 15 love their dresses they we’re absolutely marvelous !!!!! My daughter and I walked into Karla Boutique on a whim. Karen treated us like family since the moment we walked in and was always professionally patient with my numerous inquiries. After my daughter found “the dress” with the first one she tried on, Maria and Samantha were always helpful during the dress fittings. Sona did a beautiful job with the alterations on both the gown and the surprise dance dress. Karen followed up timely and the dresses were ready when they were scheduled to be. The entire Karla Boutique staff ensured my daughter’s quinceanera experience was as magical as her gown and the last doll’s matching gown.
