Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I came here with friends I ordered for 2 and ended up being triple charged and spending around 60 dollars. I've been nothing but calm and cool. I've had to come here 3 times and each time has been a different reason not to give me the refund. They keep asking for my bank statement although I've shown them my banking app and my receipt. They have my phone number, full name, receipt, order time, I said the exact order their face every time, and I'm still waiting to get my 40 dollars. My banks statement won't show anything my app hasn't already shown I just don't get it. One manager tried to use POS and say that means it's not processed in my account yet.... POS literally means point of sales. I haven't lashed out and even then I still have to wait 2 more days to get 40 dollars from a simple screw up the problem solving here is irrational and I can't believe people can actually be called managers and still not know how to solve simple problems like this. I came to this location at 2:30 in the morning i order orginal chicken sandwich the fat lady tells me they only have breakfast and then i asked its not even breakfast time she started laughing and cracking jokes i order some coffee just to get the reciept so i can put on my bk experiance she just told me we dont have a reciept she dont have name tag on her uniform when i asked her name she was like i did not took your order the other lady did i told her to call her after the other fat lady came she dont have her name tag either when i asked her name she told me SANDRA i bet thats not even her real name

I went literally two days ago..I ordered the Whopper meal and the Big Fish meal, not only did they serve me fish that was so dried out and old...they didn't even give me what I paid for.i work hard for my money and if I decide to spend it on a company atleast give the customer the food the way it is supposed to be served...It wasn't even a line in the drive thur and why are they not keeping up with the temperatures and holding times on food properly?? It's fraud and a rip off..they know they are sorry too because they never answer the phone so your forced to go back to the location and complain face to face which I don't even live in that area but I damn sure will be making a appearance for m money back for...
