Outrageous prices, lack of communication, and extremely slow service. They charged me $129 for a Samsung screen replacement. The repair was more expensive than the phone. But I decided to stomach the outrageous price over buying a new phone because I thought it would be fast and convenient. But my experience was everything but convenient. The repair did NOT take 15 minutes as advertised; it took 3 days. I went in Tuesday afternoon. They told me to come back at 6pm. I come back at 6pm, they say âthe guy that drops off our phone parts must have forgot, come back Wednesday morningâ. I came back first thing in the morning and the person who opens the store was 15 minutes late and they still donât have the screen. They tell me to come back Wednesday afternoon. I come to pick up my phone on my lunch break and they still donât have the phone screen. They assured me that they will have the screen and be able to replace the screen by Thursday morning. I get to the store front the next morning and the person who opens the store was late again, so I decided to leave and come back on my lunch break. I come back STILL no repaired phone. At this point Iâm ready to get my broken phone and my money back and just buy a new phone from Walmart. When I asked for a refund, they tell me that they have already disassembled my phone and disposed of my screen (Knowing that their supposed âphone parts delivery guyâ is incredibly unreliable). They offered to give me a free screen protector (*eye roll) but for $129 bucks I just wanted my phone repaired quickly. Iâm sure you are wondering why I drove to the store front 6 TIMES⊠well Throughout this process they did not communicate the status of my phone repair through email, and they are slow picking up the phone. I brought in my iPad Mini for service, paid upfront, and was assured the necessary part would arrive within 24 hours. However, I received no updates, so I visited the store in person to check on the status. I was then told the part was delayed, and this pattern repeated for three more days.
Frustrated, I requested a refund and my device back so I could take it elsewhere. Instead, I was contacted at 6:10 PM on the fourth day to be told it was finally ready. As compensation for the delay, they offered me a free screen protectorâwhich barely lasted a short drive.
Even worse, the repair was faulty. About 25% of the screen was completely unresponsive to touch. I immediately returned to the store, where the employee acknowledged the issue and said she would investigate it and call me the next day.
By 6:30 PM the next day, I had to call them myself for an update. I was then told the screen was indeed defective and that they would call me in 20 minutes after fixing it. Once again, no call. When I arrived at the store, it was closedâdespite the âOpenâ sign still being onâand no one was inside.

At first it was âoh yah we can fix it, should be fixed by tomorrowâ then it was âoh yah by Friday it will be fixedâ then it was âoh we had to send it off to a place to be fixed bc of the water damage to the mother boardâ.
