CI Medical Center — Local services in Houston

I have been going there for awhile they are very good all around....but those folks that draw blood need better training (outside sources)

Update: Don't Know whats happening with Front desk staff it has gone from a 10 to 1. I have called their for help four different times for referral being sent to Memorial general surgery doctor's office, prescriptions to be left at front desk and a call back from Doctor Trong since the 4th. Still hasn't happened 😕 I had to go up their to get the prescription printed out which they said they had no notes of my calling no notes of any call...Said they would have Doctor call me still haven't heard back that was a week ago. I'm Sad because I'm probably gonna have to change Doctor's because my experience has gotten 😪 bad with replys and the follow-ups..My doctor specifically said call for anything and the response isn't being met with urgency ( don't think she even getting messages) like it has...

I never wrote any review before on goggle, but I will make an exception for CI Medical Center. I am a new patient and words cannot express how amazing the staffs were to me. The receptionists, medial assistant, phlebotomist, and doctor were all professional in their part to advise and treat their patients with respect. I was really amazed of how quickly my test results had came back from the lab within 2 days! From my last doctor's office, they took more than 2 weeks and I didn't even received any notification about my results. CI Medical Center provides a patient portal where you will find everything online about your status and what you requested from them. All in all, I would highly recommend this health care facility to anyone who may be looking for a new doctor office to try. Just give this place a chance and you will...

Went to this office for years but not anymore because service gets worse. My favorite doctor Dac Vu has retired and it was impossible for me to find an appointment with him. Annual checkups should have been 100% covered by insurance but I was partly charged out of pocket for a lab test. The issue was that I had not been informed of any additional charge or additional tests needed during the visit. Some weeks later I was billed by a lab that I had never heard of. When I called billing manager of this office, she did not care about situation and left the payment responsibility to patients. Highly recommend to avoid this place unless you want surprising...
