I've been going to this place since the day it was open I even celebrate my son's birthday there the owners is very gracious :-)! I love the cashier and waitress there not only they have great sense of humor but very sincere and caring and great services and kind and try to compliment me with my Spanish and they always remember me when I come in what I like and need :-)! I always enjoyed the food there but the only thing I missed eat. I don't order any more is the tripas is intestines that is fried in a flour tortilla tacos with cilantro and onion it is not crispy like it used to be so I don't order it no more :-(! But their chicharrones tacos so delicious and my son loves the number 26 which is steak quesadillas which is a bargain and great price for Kids Meal:-)! What I don't like is the price on the shrimp cocktail don't get me wrong there is plenty of shrimp and is delicious but way overcharged and then I don't like the price of the avocado if you want extra avocado too pricey for that you can get a whole avocado for that price or maybe even 2 avocado depends on the size :-(! I love the service of the chef he is always so friendly to me :-)! They are quick and fast especially if you want tilapia fish it is so fresh and crispy at the same time the way we like it :-)! I am glad that they start expanding for more desserts more variety on the menu and alcoholic drinks and I tell you to me they make the world's best horchata and Jamaica drink :-)! They also have fajitas and steak I do admit I don't like to order french fries to go it get soggy and to me the steak is a little bit tough to well overcook cook to me:-(! They do have sandwiches and great prices for breakfast which is delicious because it's fresh much better than McDonald's and jalapenos wrapped in bacon I enjoy especially I always order now taquitos and they also have posole and beef soup :-)! Both of my sons one is age 32 and the other one is 20 years old on this day they both love to go there and order the horchata and food I exposed to them since they were born :-)! I am also very happy that they expanded the restaurant in other location in Houston I love their hot chips and homemade salsa:-)! They have also Spanish TV shows so you can watch while you eat or even listen to music in the Jukebox that you pay for :-)! This is a family-owned oriented place where everybody is welcome:-)! To top it off what I really love about this restaurant they open until 2 a.m. so you can go there anytime of the...
Read moreGreat place to grab some tacos! I had their birria and pastor tacos and they reminded me of the ones I used to get when I used to live in California. Two corn tortillas, with meat of choice, cilantro, onions, limes, and a hot sauce. The only thing missing was the radishes that would be on the side. I have been to this place several times now and they stay open later than others in the area. Oh yeah and their boracho beans were tasty! Check them out! Make sure you clarify what meat you want, at times they screw it up, not enough to change my...
Read moreEverything I’ve got here has always been great. Caldo de res, Jalisco omelette and Chilaquiles were all great. The staff and service was always 5 stars even though I always ordered in mostly English. I can tell this place is well managed. Very small restaurant though just like the name would imply so I prefer to come here for a quick bite or to get my food to go. If I was with a group I’d probably pick a bigger...
