I’m not sure what all these other Indonesian are saying… BUT I RECEIVED NOTHING BUT GOOD SERVICE.. yes due to Covid things around the world hasn’t been the same as it was. I just moved from Maryland down to San Antonio Texas for a job, unfortunately once I get to Texas and start on my first day they asked me for I-9 form documentation. I realize that my passport has expired, I tried calling but no answer, but it also says in the website to EMAIL THE FACILITIES, so I went ahead an email them.. next day I received an email back. Found out I have to make an appointment to renew my passport and the next available date was in January. I couldn’t wait that long. So I replied and explained my situation and Mr. S hakim accommodate me and were able to put me on the next available date. So with that being said a week later I received my passport, it’s all about the energy you bring out.. things aren’t the same and things are more difficult due to restrictions of Covid, they have to do their job and we have to follow rules, there’s circumstances for every situation and fortunately for me it worked on my favor. I didn’t write nasty email, I simply went and ask if they could do Anything to help me out. Which they did.. count your blessing people, I’m no famous Indonesian or even a rich Indonesian. Just a normal Indo citizen trying to make it in America. With that being said. Thank you for the help and as I said I owe you guys a big favor, so next time you need an extra hand to help the community please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll come from San Antonio to Houston to help...
Read moreI don’t trust them and I have reasons. There were 3 different people that I talked to about my passport since I haven’t received it and have to travel within 5days. One person said my passport has been sent. The next day I called the passport was still there and something need to be added and will take 2 days. I called 2 days later she said still on track and will send it today.
They even blamed USPS for not quick to update the tracking status. Today. Monday, I called and they said the passport was sent on Sept 13 and the other said it was sent last week. When last week? No one knows! And told me that if the passport lost in transit, it is not their responsibility. How do I know you sent it? Can you proof it? They just threw me some excuses and blamed USPS.
I went to USPS and they said, the envelope with the tracking number has never been mailed. Someone lied to you over there.
And then they suddenly found my documents in the mailbox return due to insufficient address, return to sender. Well, when I asked my friend to pick it up and send it to me, he used the same address I put in the envelope.
I am going to USPS and ask them if the return sticker came from them even though I knew the answer already.
