I shop at this Target at least once a week, usually with at least one of my small children. The long lines are not a favorite part of my trips as only 1 actual register is open with the other line being self check out. However my last 2 trips have been awful at the end due to what is happening outside. I have been followed and harassed outside of this location as I’m walking to my car, with a cart full of items and at least 1 small child. Both times it is the same woman who is asking for money for her children, etc... she stands too close and makes me and my child in tow feel very uncomfortable. When I have contacted the store immediately after the incidents they say “not sure there is anything we can do.” I stress to them that they should be concerned for the safety of their customers and want their customers to return. They just say management will be told. Clearly they don’t take this seriously. I have worked in retail and customers should be treated better than disregarded!! I told the manager at Whole Foods- in the same shopping center, they were immediately outside with security. So there is something that can and should be done - TARGET! Hopefully they will value their loyal customers and safety of people. Just be...
Read moreEmployees are great, but the store is a mess. They're online stock is almost never consistent with what's actually in stock. Too many times I've gone in to get something because it shows 5 in stock or something and then come to find the whole section completely empty. I've asked for help to check in back and they come back saying there's none in the back (not blaming employees, but it's really frustrating). Also, always check expiration dates here as I've often come across expired food. Finally, read the shelf description before you assume the price. I wish I was exaggerating when I say over 50% of things I grab off the shelves are in the wrong spot and can sometimes be drastically different in price. I just read the item description on the price tag on the shelf or I scan it in the app to make sure it's right.
One final, final note; the bathrooms are really bad /: Went there a few days ago and there was no soap and everything was dirty. Had to go back the exact next day and used the bathroom again and there was literally no toilet paper there or the family bathroom. It was really bad... I hate to say that, but it's a hygiene issue,...
Read moreI accidentally left merchandise that I had paid for behind at the self checkout. When I came back the following day, Lara who introduced herself as management was immediately combative and dismissive citing that it was not Target's problem, and insinuating that I was careless or trying to game the system by asking if it was possible to refund or replace the items. I explained that I did not understand where the hostility was coming from because I had simply looking to see if there was anything Target could do at the store level. She said I could file a police report in order for them to look at the cameras, but that they would not. She eventually offered to take my name and number to see if it ever turned up, but I declined because her behavior up until this point did not instill a lot of confidence that she would pursue the issue after I left the store. Very unprofessional and will leave a lasting impression as I decide which businesses to patronize...
