Completely Unreliable – A Frustrating and Disrespectful Experience
I’m extremely disappointed with Walker Coffee. I placed and paid for my order in full, and nine days later, I still haven’t received any tracking number or confirmation that my coffee has shipped.
When I called on Tuesday, May 27, I was shocked to find out that my coffee had been sitting at their terminal for over a week. No one had bothered to inform me of the delay. I was told the coffee had finally been picked up and that I would receive tracking information the next morning. That promise was never fulfilled.
Today is May 29, and I’ve still heard nothing—no tracking number, no update, no apology, and absolutely no communication. This is the exact reason I had stopped ordering from Walker Coffee in the past. I had hoped things had improved, but clearly, the service has only gotten worse.
