Royal Oaks Village II — Local services in Houston

I visited this location from out of town and the people here were beyond rude. It started with the hostess, the short, full figured Latina woman with the long dark hair. She has absolutely no business being someone to greet people into a place of business with the attitude that she has. She is nasty and and rude. I had a party of 3,.2.afulys and 1 child. She wanted to sit my party at the table at the kitchen entrance and I kindly told her that I would.like to sit elsewhere and not have kitchen staff run pass me pr to hear the kitchen noise as I enjoy a dinner. She snatched the menu off the table and walked off. Leaving myself and the other 2 people in my party to make.out own way back to the waistband. She place the menu down and decided she wasn't going to seat us and that someone else would have to do it. Another lady Sar us at a.different table while the initial hostess gave us dirty looks. I ask for a.manager to voice my concern and a non character guy came over and just stood there. I asked for the hostess name to file a formal complaint but according to he wasn't at liberty to do so. He said sorry you had that experience just with a blank stare. This was Saturday, 5/13 at 9pm. I actually left and decided not to eat at.this establishment because they are nasty, rude, and unaccomodating. The worst and most embarrassing experience at a restaurant. Royal Oak Village II is hands down one of my top shopping plazas, and for good reason. With its standout stores like PF Chang's and the newly opened Umi Seafood and Sushi Buffet, it's a destination that never disappoints.

Let's talk about Umi first. This seafood and sushi buffet has quickly become a personal favorite of mine. The selection is unparalleled, offering an array of fresh seafood at an incredibly reasonable price. Every visit feels like a culinary adventure, with something new and exciting to try each time. Plus, the quality of the seafood is always top-notch, ensuring a truly satisfying dining experience.

And then there's PF Chang's, a classic favorite that never fails to impress. Their Asian cuisine is consistently delicious, with flavorful dishes that leave me craving more every time.

Of course, no trip to Royal Oak Village II would be complete without a stop at Trader Joe's. This supermarket is a treasure trove of fresh flowers, exotic fruits, and unique products from around the world. It's a one-stop shop for all my grocery needs, offering quality items at unbeatable prices.

I like this place, but I don't like this place. It's a place to go to maybe once a year, when family comes into town, or just to show someone the most expensive buffet in Houston which isn't a dig at the price because they have the food to match the price, but for me it too crowded, and I got tired of the choice very quick.
