absolutely state of the art facility ! the yoga studio, cold plunge, vitamin injections and sauna experiences that i’ve tried were all phenomenal. The professionalism and hospitality is truly unmatched. They have unique, private infrared saunas with your choice of light therapy and even bluetooth to play music. Their filtration systems allow you to go right from sauna to cold plunge which is lovely. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the space is clean and stylish. They have a large parking lot and great prices, and they’re even on class pass! Thank you Daisy, Kayla, Madison and the rest of the team for executing such a beautiful vision. If you need some self-care, then go to Daily Dose. My experience started with a simple process booking online and completing forms to expedite my service on arrival. I started with a 40 minute Infrared sauna - connected my phone to the Bluetooth in the sauna so i could listen to my own music. There is a variety of light options with different benefits - i chose the Red light. Towels were provided and I took a nice shower after to freshen up. On to my IV - I selected the Tone and Trim with the Lipo shot. The beds are comfy and i was so relaxed that I could have stayed much longer than my appointment! I can’t say enough good things about Daily Dose! The classes are challenging in the best way, and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what they do. The space is always spotless, the towels are fresh, and the entire team is warm and welcoming.
