I’ve been coming to Earthcraft for awhile now. They have an excellent selection of juices that taste great. Today I went in and bought two Açaí Bowls and a fresh pressed juice (about $30). After I purchased them I noticed that I didn’t tell them I didn’t like coconuts since they come on the bowls. I went back inside and the manager said since I didn’t say anything beforehand, they won’t take the bowls back and I would have to repurchase the bowls. Very upset and confused I walked out of the store to leave. I decided to go ahead and taste the juice that I bought and it tasted like water. I’ve been drinking cold pressed juices for years, some I make at home and others I buy from places like Earthcraft. Disappointed yet again, I go back inside the store to let them know that the juice tastes like water and I’m not impressed with the quality of their juices recently (I bought 1 a week prior). The only thing management could offer me was another juice. They apparently don’t do refunds because of “Covid”. I know that small businesses got a lot of financial help during the pandemic so that excuse was infuriating. I also was a manager at a restaurant for a few years so I know a thing or two about good customer service. And this was not it. Will not...

I visited the west gray location 9/30 today and I have to leave this negative review due to the employees working today. Especially the female cashier , she is the epitome of what’s wrong with the world today and why service is going in the wrong direction.

I will not be returning to this store , and I will also be recommending to my clients and company not to do business with this store until I speak to management. Don’t waste your time, take your money elsewhere - lots of options.

If I owned this establishment I’d fire her on the spot for representing my business with a bad attitude, lack of competence, and general demeanor. I was waiting 10 minutes for a simple cold brew and became frustrated , upon asking what’s taking so long she blew me off and said “hold on we’re busy”. There were 3 other customers in the store who came in after me , that’s not busy.
