And I am doing so for the simple reason that in reading the reviews I have decided that the owner/manager of Designer Diva responded in a very touching and sincere manner in defense of her business as well as in defense of all small business! Your customer who left a one star review in such a ridiculous context should be ashamed. This is a person who has NEVER had to deal with the public, and who does not understand someone being offensive and someone choosing to be offended. That person has NEVER had to worry about shoplifting, or looking down the barrel of a gun. NO ONE, CARRYING A BACKPACK, should be entering a business without OFFERING to leave the backpack at the entrance. And every criminal in the world today has at least ONE Gucci item, so that is no defense for your offended customer. The OFFENDED PARTY sounds like a spoiled millennial born with a silver spoon in her mouth rather than an educated, cultured, and INTELLIGENT doctor and career person. I can tell you after 74 years of dealing with a mindset such as hers... you are better off without her. I'm sorry you had to deal with the likes of her...but I am SO glad that you responded.
