Snowflake Donuts — Restaurant in Houston

Let me start by saying that the HEC Croissant and the Sausage kolache were amazing, however, I didn’t really feel welcome here! The lady instantly looked at me and her face went from a smile to a frown. She barely wanted to speak when I approached, but when a white customer walked in and ordered after me, she lit up and held a full conversation with him which was fine with me. Also, I didn’t understand why my food came from the back of the store when I seen her obtain my order right from behind the display glass in the front of the store. customer service goes a long way, so we should all be mindful of how we treat people.

Please don’t get defensive, just do better with your customer service is all. I’m not the only person that felt this way about your customer service as I read some of the comments. Best croissant sandwich in town . Buttery, juicy, cheesy made my mouth happy ! I've Tried Thier kountry boy kolaches , boudin kolaches , brisket kolaches, and chappell hill sausage kolaches.they were all amazing .Thier vietnamese iced coffee was excellent.can't wait to try Thier Philly cheese steak and combo kolaches ! Thier home made hot sauce was delicious and unique .I always ask them a few more extra to go because i love it.i put it on everything.
