Honestly if I could put zero stars I would. I used to love this place and their car wash because I knew I’d leave satisfied. I will no longer be giving my money to this location due to the fact that they refused to give me my money back and were EXTREMELY rude. I paid $15 for the car wash and THEY had me go in an additional 2 times after the first because the car wash DID NOT wash my car each time. They refused to even Look at my car before plain out saying “We aren’t giving you your money back”. When I asked for a customer service number they out right ignored my existence. This location, no matter who's owned or operated it, NEVER MAINTAINS THEIR DRINKS/FOUNTAIN/TEA/SMOOTHIE machines. Made random stops here throughout the years and it's always the same thing- drink machines are out, or just dishing out water instead of your drink; fountain drinks dislense hot instead of cold (like they're supposed to be); smoothies and teas are always never available. To have such space for so many awesome resources to offer, they sure know how to let good service go to waste. By not maintaining its resources. This location has always been horrible. Came to get gas and car wash. Gas Fine except horrible smell from next door (not reflected in review). I purchased a $16 car wash. The car wash did not run wheel cleaner, one spay section was not working and it only dried the passenger side of my vehicle. They acknowledged that the car wash wasn’t working properly. They did give me a refund but when they were talking they said don’t close the car wash. Hopping most people won’t complain.
