Absolutely horrendous!! From start to finish. Got here early at 11 AM for a 2 o’clock appointment, Sent me on my way around the corner at some unsafe destination. 3 o’clock rolls around I drive back over there. They tell me they’re still Waiting for a doc. I go back over to an unsafe destination, and then they call me right as I’m parking and tell me to come back. Get to a dock and sit for over two hours. See the guy shutting my truck. I’m thinking he’s finished and he tells me sorry dude we don’t have the product.

This is the most unprofessional & unorganized Place I have ever been In all my years of trucking . There’s so much cluster with trucks everywhere & product everywhere. You’ll be lucky if you don’t get into an accident in this joint.

Avoid at all cost! And they do not care, so there is no reason to tell them anything. Even the dock guy told my husband this was a very unorganized company.

I added a picture to show that there was a 18 wheeler directly in front of me. There was one directly on the side of me and a bunch of workers in the Parking lot with all their equipment and parts spread all over the lot. An accident waiting to happen it looked like a Third World country...

They sent my over to what they call a staging area. While sitting there 2 guys started fighting and shooting at each other. Then 4 more guys ran over and started shooting. The truck in front of me got shot up pretty good but only had 1 bullet hole. Cops showed up l 3 hours later to do report and I asked why it took so long they told us in this area that's a low priority call and probably wouldn't have showed up if we hadn't kept calling and getting on the dispatchers nerves.

I asked when I could get a report for insurance company and he told me to have security do a report that they only came out so we would stop calling.

Security said they don't do reports over there that it's...

I had a 7am appointment. I checked in at 6:30am no problem. Spent a few mins in staging then I was given a dock door that had easy access because theres plenty of space and truck traffic was Lil to none at that time. Checking in was a+ at the entrance then 2nd check in at the docks was a+. Its missing a star because I parked behind the facility on Cambridge Street facing north. This made it easy to arrive early morning. I wasn't bothered by anyone but I wasn't comfortable with the morning traffic. There room for appx 3 trucks thats if there parked correctly. Not a bad experience and people stood on businesses. In and out in reasonable amount of time....
