Iplaced an orderon the subway website for delivery. I then tried to call the store to make sure the order is correct because my husband has stage 4 cancer and cant eat certain things due to his chemo meds. I never got an answer. I sent a text to the cell phone that is listed for the store no response. My order gets here and there are tomatoes on the salad for my husband and it specifically says no tomatoes, there were also green peppers in there.no ranch dressing was sent at all . I cant pick off the tomatoes because he is anaphylactically allergic and the green peppers are not allowed due to the chemo meds. M husband does chemo at MD Anderson Cancer center and after it salad is all he can stomach. As for my salad I ordered tomatoes pickles bell peppers cheese extra red onions black olives, cucumbers parm viniagrette on the side and caesar dressing. They sent 2 caesar dressings that are old and smell sour very sour. and I didnt get any tomotaoes green peppers, black olives or tomatoes. Its now late and I cant feed my husband or myself and now I must go out somewhere and find a salad at the very least for my husband to eat. Poor customer service they didnt follow instructions and I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because I never would have ordered. I hope and pray that the manager will contact me because this is not right and a grave inconvenience. And if I wouldnt have noticed the tomatoes and the peppers on my husbands salad he could have died from either an allergic reaction or the adverse reaction to the green peppers that he can not have with his chemo treatments. Please contact me back management this is NOT acceptable. You could have killed my husband I dont and cant recommend anything because they didnt pay attention to the specific notes and ingredients and omissions...
Read morePAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TOTAL BECAUSE YOU ARE VERY LIKELY OVERPAYING!
Have been to this location several times and each time I have gone to buy two $5 breakfast meal deals. $5 for a breakfast sandwich, orange juice, and a cookie. The total with taxes should be $10.83.
The women working did not understand me when I asked in English and when I said it in Spanish they were surprised and acted like they never heard of it even though there is a huge sign on their window explaining it.
Each time they tried to charge me over $12 because the cookies are NOT being discounted. Even though that is not that much, I don’t think you should be paying for something that you should be getting as part of the price.
First time they fixed it and I paid $10.83 for my 2 sandwiches, juices, and cookies. Today I went and they said there was nothing that could be done and the $12+ was the price I had to pay. I told them I was not paying extra for cookies that are supposed to be included with my meal and frustrated told them to take the cookies out if they were going to charge me for them. They took the cookies out. Even though I paid the $10.83 for 2 breakfast meal deals, I only got 2 sandwiches and juices.
This location is completely unorganized and even though it’s the closest to me I won’t be back. In addition to all of this, each time I’ve tried to use the drive thru window it seems like no one is there. Open sign doesn’t get turned on consistently. Eggs are not defrosted in time so they have to put them in the microwave making the consistency chewy. Flat bread was hard and not soft. They didn’t have shredded cheese. Also not sure if it’s true but they said no aguas frescas on the weekend which makes no sense to me.
Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the one on Old Spanish...
Read moreSecond Saturday in a row, I pull into the Drive-Thru a little after 8:00 because I like to get the oatmeal raisin cookies and have as a little treat for breakfast. Last Saturday I pulled up waited at the menu no response, circled around to the front of the building to see if I saw anyone inside working and I did. So I drove back up to the menu. No answer. I drive forward to the drive-thru window knock on the window because I know someone is there because I saw them. No response, no answer. So I go back around to the entrance and go inside. The employee proceeds to tell me how the drive-thru isn't working. I said that's fine but you guys could at least put a note up there telling people that so they won't waste their time. Just put a note saying that drive-thru isn't working. Please come inside. She said "it's not my problem, It's my boss's problem" And shrugged her shoulders. Which is true. She's not wrong. But who's going to consider the customer? So I go again this morning, speaker still not working in drive-thru. So I go inside. Then I come here to do a review and see that it appears that the speaker has been broken at least a month? According to another review posted. Terrible. Don't expect this location to be open long if it's being managed so poorly. And you can imagine the backlash that employee is getting due to the inconvenience. How do you expect people to continue to work under...
