This is the best Chinese bbq place I have tried in the area so far. The lamb skewer is much leaner and less fatty than gao’s kabob and friendship bbq, and I think that xinjiang has not only the best meat quality, but the best seasoning too. I really enjoy eating here. I love their menu and their variety here. Meat and seafood skewers are awesome, seafood skewers as well. The xinjiang chicken noodles were terrific, flavored beautifully and with chicken that absolutely just melts in your mouth, I was beyond impressed. Wish they stayed open a little later, would love to stay up late eating their kabobs and having a few beers. My only recommendation for improvement is that I hope that the waitress here can be a little more enthusiastic with customers, which I don’t hold against her at all, some people can just be shy and it’s very difficult for them to come out of their shell and that’s not at all their fault, so don’t get me wrong. But I’d love for her to be a little more outgoing as the energy would really radiate through the restaurant and in turn be good for business. All in all, I’ll forsure be returning and I am truly super impressed by the absolutely amazing and phenomenal food. Authentic Xinjiang food is truly a blessing upon this Earth and I do wish it...

The flavors here were excellent! If you're open to trying new things, there are several choices here that are worth a taste.
Highly suggest for new comers, start with the lamb selections (Lamb fat, lamb breast, marinated, etc), beef (sirloin, tendon, etc.) & pork (special on the wall side menu). Then work your way up to something new to try. It gives you a good base of what's to come.
The seasoning has a little heat that comes in as you eat more. But it sat with me just right, as I can't handle a lot of heat.
Just take a look at all the pictures and videos. Loads of options XinJiang BBQ offers.
For the price you pay, while it may not look like much, but It adds up. For your first visit order slowly to gauge your limit. Each of us had roughly about 30 skewers.
There was plenty of parking on our visit and we can't wait to return to try more.
What were some of your favorites? How was your experience?

Xinjiang lamb skewers (新疆羊肉串) ($1.20 / skewer): The quintessential Xinjiang item, they're well-prepared here - succulent and well-seasoned. Chicken gizzard skewers (烤鸡胗) ($1.10 / skewer): Also nicely seasoned, but otherwise fairly ordinary, I don't find too much differentiation in these for the most part at most restaurants. Enoki mushrooms (烤金针菇) ($1.95 / plate): Same as the gizzard skewers. Chinese watercress with garlic (空心菜蒜炒) ($7.99): A nice, simple stirfry well-executed. Xinjiang big plate chicken (新疆大盘鸡) ($12.95): Unfortunately, I found this to be a bit of a disappointment. The flavors lacked depth, and you had to really soak the chicken pieces deep into the sauce to really have any flavor. The off-the-shelf noodles were fine, but also nothing special.
Beer is a killer deal here, at 99 cents a Budweiser, or $1.50 for Tsingtao or...
