I booked an appointment for the 13th with Kira and my appointment was moved to a Saturday and was not informed that it would be someone else and not her. My appointment was changed to today at 1, I arrived at 12:30pm Debra tells me I won’t be able to get you in till one which is fair because that was my appointment time. Well this lady decides to bring in her friend and not only did I wait for an extra hour and a half but the lady that was doing the filler was leaving already so debra/owner was going to be doing my filler. Talk about shady and unprofessional! The ladies in the front are very professional and nice I truly appreciate them for trying to make everything better. I was told about this place from a friend and that’s why I came here In the first place mind you I live an hour away. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. I bought a Groupon for services with this company. I spent weeks trying to book a service, and left voicemails without a response. Their phone numbers are not always up to date. They did answer the phone once and said they would call me back, but they never did call back even after several business days passed. After 9 calls and 2 emails attempting to schedule an appointment, I gave up.

I placed a complaint with Groupon who said they were closed due to a mold outbreak. At that point, I asked for a refund. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get ahold of a company. The Establishment was very clean and all of the staff were very kind and considerate with their service. I just don’t know if their Botox was not diluted correctly, or my face just does not like Botox. I had 50 units injected in my face March 15 and here we are on May 20, a little over two months later and all of my wrinkles are back! The wrinkles under my eyes I never even went away;(.
