This is the worst subway I have ever been to! The employee in the photo can't even communicate with you unless you speak Spanish. I asked for the manager, and she eventually figured out what I was asking and called her, then hung up with her and never let me speak to her. Finally, some guy comes out from the back (in photo) and asks what my problem is, but he's nobody, so I told him to ask her to call the manager back. The manager answered the phone, "OH MY GOD, WHAT!!!"... After I heard that I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund even though I hadn't received my sandwich. I tried calling the corporate office to get a refund but they decided speaking to customers over the phone isn't "modern" anymore and now you have to go to their website and fill out a bunch of info and wait and pray someone gets back to you. I guess I will have to submit a claim with my card company to get my money back. Read the other reviews, and do yourself a favor... avoid this place. Maybe if customers stop going there altogether, then they will close the place and this rude employee can go work somewhere that doesn't need her to speak English.
Oh and don't call the store... it's goes straight to VM. I guess since she can't speak English what's the point of having her...
Read moreThey need one more person here seriously. There are only two Hispanic ladies working. They are both new. I know because I come here all the time. The food is fine. The problem is that they have no clue what they are doing. They take forever and I mean forever. Last week I was on the line for 30 minutes… line way out to the door. And they just look confused. I honestly feel bad for them. Seems like they haven’t had the proper training. And then I’m Hispanic my parents barely speak English… so I know when you gotta hustle you gotta hustle…these ladies don’t speak any English at all which is fine for me but they don’t even try to speak English they speak Spanish to everyone and just expect non Spanish speakers to understand… it’s terrible. I also think they hate each other every time I come in I hear them like using little micro aggressions back and forth.. because they’re stressed that they don’t know what they’re doing. Read moreI ordered 3 sandwiches online. Two of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. So I had to drive back to the location. I think she got the order wrong because English is her 2nd language. And that is fine, I understand that and don't judge her for it but then the employee argued with me about redoing the sandwiches to make them the right way. And when I insisted that I get the correct sandwiches I ordered, she then smashed my bread. When I asked her to stop smashing it, she said she couldn't help it. It seemed purposeful, like retaliating for me insisting she remake the sandwiches according to my online order. She even raised her voice/shouted at me. When every business is struggling, this seems like a terrible way to treat customers. I would love to be able to speak to the franchise owner - they need to know their employee is ruining...
