I went here to start my cellular service. I originally was planning on signing up with Boost Mobile only because upon research they seemed to have the best deal at that time. The associate who assisted me recommended Simple Mobile and since it was going to save me about $5 at the time i decided why not. I could always switch at the end of the month if needed. Ive had this service 3, going on 4, months now and i absolutely LOVE it. I am so SOOOO appreciative for the associate there. He is always so helpful and polite and quick. Im never in there for more than 5 minutes. I even messed up one month and tried to pay my bill somewhere else and i went into his store freaking out because i had no service. He immediately fixed the problem and got my service back up and running!!! Its extremely hard these days to find decent dependable service and businesses that actually do care about their customers and saving them money. Most people want to overcharge or upsale everyone and this guy just doesnt do that. I will for sure stick to do business here as well as refer anyone i get the chance to. Im very thankful for all his help and i hope the best for him and his business in the future and i look forward to paying my bill here every...

DON'T waste your money anywhere else before you check this place out. My laptop was broken for over 3 years and have talked to geek squad and a few other places I found on Google maps, they all wanted a diagnostic fee and after explaining the issue to everyone it would have made more sense to trash my $850 laptop and buy another one.

I had a bad battery and you got me the best price for the replacement. The battery would have exploded. Now I get to keep my phone and not buy a new one! I'm a happy camper....
