THIS BUSINESS WILL SELL YOU LOCKED PHONES AND WILL TRY TO BUY THE PHONE BACK FOR HALF THE PRICE YOU ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THE PHONE FROM THEM. OWNER TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR LOCKING THE PHONE BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY HE DON’T SELL LOCKED PHONES. YET THATS EXACTLY WHAT WAS SOLD TO ME A LOCKED PHONE.
Since you want me to tell the whole entire story here it goes.
Came to your store to purchase the phone, when I bought the phone the phone was not charged therefore I wouldnt of known it was locked. I asked your employee to hook it up the charger to see if at least turned on. He did and all I saw was the Hello that the phone shows after its been reset. I trusted your store that the phone was unlocked and left. All I did was charged the phone and took it to cricket to get the phone activated, that’s when they asked for a pin to unlock the phone. Came back to your store on a Sunday when your store should of been open yet when arriving your store was closed. Called your business nobody answered. Beryl came and I couldn’t make it to your store earlier on top of me living an hour away from your store. After calling your business several times I finally got a hold of you on Wednesday told you what happened and you got all defensive stating that you dont sell phones that are locked that you “make sure” its unlocked before selling it, yet thats exactly what I got . You didnt offer me no money to help me out why are you lying. I told you that I just wanted my money back because I had no use for it since I had bought a brand new phone already. I paid $375 for the phone and you wanted to buy it back from me for $150. I mentioned to at least give me $200 since I was willing to loose $175. Spoke to another cell phone place and they told me that it doesn’t matter if the passcode is removed if the ICloud is lock the phone will be locked. That what you are doing is a SCAM because if I would of accepted the $150 all you were going to do is turn around remove the lock passcode and sell it at the price you originally sold it to me which was $375.
Not sure where youre coming up that we forgot our password, first of all my father does not own an IPhone, the phone I bought from your store was going to be his first iPhone. So tell me how will an android user forget an ICloud password or passcode to get into an iPhone when he NEVER had one. Second of all why would I put my iCloud information on the phone I bought from you when I already have my own phone ( which is a newer model that the one I purchased from you). Third of all we bought a brand new phone right there and then with cricket when we couldn’t activate the phone you sold to me because it was locked. Fourth of all did you miss that I was calling your business several times and that I went to your business when it was supposed to be open on a Sunday but the business was CLOSED. I will not drive an hour to your place when I never got my call answered and waste more money on gas and find your business...
Read moreKK video is one of those places that makes you want to be a regular. The strong connection it makes with its customers and the high class customer service, makes your first time seem like your 100th time. Large selections of stuff all kinds you can think of they have solution for you, they makes you feel like you are not there first time, I usually go with my family since this store is family oriented, while they have some used stuff like brand new for very very reasonable price also You can get your phone, laptop, computers, camera, or any valuable electronic fix on very hard to believe price compare to other places in surrounding area, I've been a regular here now for a 15 years. I used to come here just to get my tobacco but now I spent atleast couple hours just exploring before I leave the store, store owners are very polite, professional and very humble, I told them their key for success and stay in business till now is “their personalities and their product” which is hard to find...
Read moreTraded in my iPhone 13 and he gave me a 12 pro max. The pro max was unusable so I went back to the shop and he gave me another 13. I traded him for the pro max and don’t have a pro max. My boyfriend brought a phone it was supposed to be a “13 pro max” but it really was a 11 pro max and his phone be on 100% and it cuts off and when it turns back on it be at 60% or 11%. His phone just cuts on and off, even when it’s charge. You can see the screen coming off like it wasn’t put on properly and he only had the phone for like 3/4 weeks. My phone has little damage on the screen. If I could give it 0 stars I would because it’s really a scam. He fix the phone bare minimum and when you call and tell him something is wrong with the phone BECAUSE THEY FIX THEM OR REPAIR THEM he makes it seem like it’s your fault, when it’s really they fault because they do the maintenance on the phones. He’s money hungry and I...
