Spring Roll Honey Chicken (Asian cuisine) — Restaurant in Houston

I went to this place a couple months ago because my wife really wanted some good spring rolls. I was excited since this place was close by. When I got there, they were closed. They should have been long open but they weren't and no signs were posted anywhere. So, here we are again today wanting to give this place a shot. They opened at 11am (verified by Google and noticing on their door) and we arrived at 11:20am. Guess what? Closed again with no signs posted. Maybe someone was late but 1 person isn't going to run that place so it means that many people were late or they just open whenever they feel like it. Do not be fooled by the 5 stars given by so many people that have only one or two reviews. I ordered the beef noodles(Asian noodles) but got some old chunks of meat on spaghetti noodles. Stopped eating the meat after one bite. I ate a little more of the spaghetti noodles because I was hungry but couldn't handle more than a few bites. The appetizers were okay even though they were not "spring rolls" as advertised. They were more of a fried potato roll. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Yeah, I was totally surprised by their Vietnamese sandwiches (Banh mi). It was one of the best I have eaten. Believe it or not, it was as good or better than the ones in Chinatown (in Bellaire). Believe me, I'm an Asian guy and I have eaten a lot of these sandwiches all around Houston. Anyways, their spring rolls are also very good. Not to mention, their cashier/hostess is very nice and accommodating. Let me just say that this little shop is freakin' awesome for their service and their food.
