• UPDATE Owner comments to reach out to website. I did that and no response from corporate and no response from store manager or district manager. I called store, emailed corp and now posting on review. How about someone return my messages because screaming at my children is very unprofessional and not tolerated. I am a business woman and have taken appropriate steps to move up the chain of command and will continue until someone takes responsibility for the actions of the employees they hire!

I am livid! Jasmine working drive thur and her manager on duty just yelled at my two daughters 16 & 17 yr olds about ranch! My kids come home to show me the video as the manager holds the food my kids say can we please get our food. Ordered 10 tacos and a chicken sandwich as a snack for us at home and now 4 people have to share 2 ranch! They had to call and ask before recharging my card again but the lady couldn’t wait a second instead she decided to scream at my children on Christmas! BTW the tacos were gross and the shell was to hard and not fresh!

If you would have just waited a second before screaming at my kids they would have bought more ranch, they literally didn’t have a chance to even find out how much...

I've never seen this lady here before at night but it was about 3 in the morning and she was clearly not wanting to be there. When I pulled up to get my order, she took my card out of my hand very fast, gives me my card back and all rude. I asked for some ketchup and she visibly gets more upset. I see her grab like 2 packets and I ask her if I could have more than that so she grabs 2 more, hands me my back and says bye. I waited for a second cause she didn't hand me my drink so I ask her what about my coke? And she goes to the machine and grabs my cup and says bye and shuts the window. Inwait again cause there is not straw in the bag. She sees me and grabs a straw and hands it to me with an attitude and says bye again. I've never seen this lady before but she needs to either find a new job or not be taking people's orders cause she's vastly unprofessional and not suited for the job. I work nights nearby so this jack in the box and whataburger are my only options but if this chick is gonna be manning the window, I'm going to be visiting whataburger more often now. Worst service I've ever had anywhere....

Today we received unexceptable service. I am not one to typically leave bad reviews but I think this needs to be brought to attention. This interaction started with us going through the drive through. We had needed a couple minutes to decide and she didn't allow that. Then when we were ordering we had some special requests and she was cutting us off and not allowing us to ask. She had told us our total after every item we ordered assuming we were finished. We finish ordering and pull to the window she continued to be rude. We were asked to pull to the front because our order was large. The same lady came and brought our order to us. I had gone to get a grip on my bags and she intentionally dropped all four bags in my lap. Then portions of my order were still incorrect and the quality of my food is nothing to be desired. We had some front counter employees help fix and they were very pleasant and promptly helped to fix what we needed. It was just the one lady that was horrible. I believe her name was Jesmin as per...
