I've been coming to this location for years and I've never had a problem. But today, a very wicked lady by the name of Juliana decided to change that experience for me. I ordered 3 drinks, one for me and one for both of my children. It seemed that they didn't have enough staff members because the wait was long, no problem. When I got my drinks they didn't taste good, to my defense I've had this same drink two days in a row from another location so I knew what to expect. I took the drinks inside to inform them that I didn't want the drinks. Instead of Juliana having customer service skills and being kind to me, she chose violence and ask me "ARE YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN FEELING OK TODAY?". I being appalled that she had the audacity to ask such a question tell her that she's being unprofessional to ask me a question like that. We went back and forth to the point that I asked if she needed my receipt number, she said "no that won't do any good" and then tells me that I need to calm down and if I didn't speak to her with respect she'd ask me to leave. Eventually she refunded me my money after being very combative for no reason at all. I believe that she was being racist and was provoking me to get a reaction that she hoped to get so that she could kick me out or not issue me a refund. Idk but Juliana you have a very mean spirit. Just rude! I wish her colleagues would review the transaction to see just how ugly she was and the things she was saying. Very...
Read moreI ordered a venti (large) coffee with one alteration, they repeated it right but made me the wrong drink. I used to work in service, I understand it's busy, and people make mistakes. I believe you should be polite when talking to someone who is in the service industry, mistake or not. But sometimes that still doesn't make a difference. Sometimes people get so tired and beaten by the constant stream of some good people having a bad day, entitled people, people who want to scam and steal....that no amount of politeness can help. Especially after working Christmas. I'm glad that wasn't the case here. Mary the manager was really nice and remade my drink perfectly. I really love this Starbucks. I don't think that any place but hospitals and gas stations should be opened on the holidays. To the point where I refuse to go support companies getting money for keeping people away from their families on the holidays. It's the holidays sales verses the little overtime pay that keeps them from enjoying the holidays like the rest of us. I'm really glad to see this place busy, and the people their still kicking butt even after working this week. I hope they all get raises and do not have to work for the next holiday season....though both are unlikely. I'll support em on the other days of the year tho, and I'll definitely be back for they make the...
Read moreI came in today to pick up a mobile order and I was immediately uncomfortable. The vibe was off due to one of the girls behind the counter her name was Kiara. She didn't greet me and stared at me like I wasn't supposed to be there and didn't ask me if I needed help, nothing. I get when people have bad days but this has happened multiple times with her specifically and I finally feel like I need to say something. You never know what people are going through... and it's not fair to the paying customers.
