La Union — Restaurant in Houston

Hello, I decided to visit this restaurant with my family, I wanted to surprise my husband with a Salvadoran meal because they recommended it to me in a big way and that's how the surprised came out being me .... yesterday January 5 2018 at noon we went to lunch and from the outset we saw that it is a horrible place, very bad in its infraestuctura and location, there was no parking, that link or shopping center is dirty if you want to call it that way, I did not give up and encouraged my family to enter the happy restaurant, My husband opened the door and the first thing that we thought was going to happen was someone to greet us, place us or tell us to wait but not even the lights, like we had entered the municipal market of any city in El Salvador, seeing that my husband told me, let's get out of here "but insisted on staying, we sat at a clean table and waited like 10 minutes for a badly-behaved waitress to throw us two menus and then return, when it had come another ten m inutos, so my husband ordered 1 cafe and 3 pupusas I ordered 1 medium and 1 small horchata and when I carry the drinks were both small and the coffee I throw it out there in a corner of the table 5 minutes later, brought the pupusas and never served tanned or sauce, I never asked if everything was fine or if we needed something, it was rude, it did not help us, I do not speak, frankly it was there because it did not dry, but it does not serve as a waitress. What does it matter to you? It's the ticket that you get from people who spend it without caring. How do you treat them because they do not know about a good deal and a customer service, they really think it's not important to treat the customer well, the place is dirty They will have good food but I never return or...

This place should be embarrassed of the way they are running this restaurant. My experience was horrible, I waited 15 minutes to get my drink order and then I had to request for the waitress to sweep under our table and wipe down our table, because there was dirty napkins and old food from the previous guest that sat on our table. My mariscada soup was good but when I was about eat the crab it smelled like rotten crab. The waitress stated that it was the type of crab that they used. The bathroom were disgusting, there was no toilet paper only napkins and the trash was spilling over and paper was all over the bathroom floor. 0 stars READ negative reviews they are TRUE!!!! The service is bad they don't greet you at entrance. We sat down no one came to us, it took several minutes and it was not pack . Is always crowded sometimes you gotta wait. The waitresses most of them are rude and have an attitude. I ordered a combinado and the tamal had no flavor taste reheated and frozen for weeks. Pupusas are nasty. I don't recommend this place and it stinks. A bunch of homeless around and people going inside there to sell things .
