Pulled up and they said they only taking cash!! Seem like someone stealing to me!! It was a Spanish girl in the window she said her name was Maria… “ do she look like a Maria”???? Home girl was rude I asked her to repeat my order and she said yea yea yea ik it’s not option to put light mayo and ketchup that’s why I didn’t say it.. on 01/20/25 at 11:10pm its agg because I’m just getting off of work and I just wanted some food to go inside before the weather get too bad! Who ever that is don’t need a job!!!! And the manager ik have a headset on shouldn’t be working there either!! And people like this make it hard to keep places open!! Like how they expect to get paid without taking money from customers!! Just sad!! Yall need to do better and I most definitely didn’t want the floor...
Read moreI had a bad experience here from 2 employees with attitudes and horrible custom service. Attitudes were given because they made my order wrong. The next day I go back for the same item and the same employee was there, she eventually told me at the window that they ran out of a certain item also with an attitude. So I had a friend of mine go back a few hours later to get the same item that I wanted and the item was given. In confusion, because it’s a Saturday morning and I myself knows that jack in the box doesn’t have food trucks coming in on this day, I call the manager and he said the item was misplaced in the restaurant. I will continue to go here because I understand that we make mistakes but I will not accept or tolerate the attitudes that are given when a customer could be asking...
Read moreThis Jack in the box has a terrible smell inside. I always go through the drive-thru now that being said every time I go through the drive-through they never have my complete order, something is always sold out and I have to change it. then when I get to the window they always ask me to back up.. their computers keep track of how long it takes them to fill the order and get it completed so because it takes a long time they make you back up so their sensors don't record the correct amount of time it takes them to complete your order. That's my guess anyway. Not to mention The many times that I've gone there only to find that there's lights on, there's workers inside the restaurant and yet no one they is takeing orders in the drive through.... it's like they're just inside their doing...
