Horrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I left my car at Texas Motor Cars for several repairs (AC, OBD, stereo, etc.), but in 3 months the only thing they managed to replace was the engine cooling fan module. On top of that, they even made me order a part that didn’t need replacement because it was working fine. Renish, the person I dealt with, was completely unresponsive – ignoring texts and calls for weeks. There was zero communication, no respect for my time or money, and no reliability in their service. Absolutely not a place you can trust with your car.
Replying to the owner's comment below: Texas Motor Cars is trying to deny responsibility by claiming they are “just a dealership” and not involved in mechanical repairs. That is simply not true. The mechanic they’re trying to distance themselves from works directly with them, repairing the salvage/auction cars they sell. That’s exactly how I was referred to him for my car repairs.
So yes – this IS the right place, and it IS connected to them. My experience still stands: 3 months wasted, unnecessary parts ordered, overcharged for work that wasn’t even done, and absolutely no communication. Don’t be misled by their attempt to dodge accountability.
🚨 Warning: This dealership and their mechanic will waste your time, overcharge you, and then deny any...
Read moreThis message is meant is to help anyone who has not gotten trapped by this company. The owner, Nick, he is a conman, he had posted a 2012 Camry as a clean title which was not. They requested a down payment which I gave $1000. Flew from Minnesota to Houston only to find the information given was misleading, the car was not drivable, it was an accident car, it had rivets to hold falling parts in place, all shocks messed up. He refused with my money, later he had the guts to wrote how he was fixing the car for me, and the car didn’t sell for two weeks coz he was holding it for me, for the records that car had been sitting there for over 6 months. It was his responsibility to make sure the information given is accurate, but this is his scheme of robbing money. He needs to be taken to jail, he was trying to bribe me to pull down the post, that’s how low he goes. Warning Warning!!!!! KEEP OFF FROM THIS MAN HE IS A CONMAN AND NEVER SORRY FOR HIS...
Read moreAnthony Heverly should be fired and no one should do business with this dealership. I Purchased a vehicle from this dealership remotely and was not able to see the vehicle in person before. In good faith I believed the vehicle was in good shape however once the vehicle was delivered to me it had a cracked windshield that need replacement, a dented hood that needed body work, over due oil change by over 6,000 miles, and a broken seat back of the passenger seat. Throughout the entire process of the deal the finance manager, Anthony Heverly, was incredibly rude to me via email. He was reluctant to send me the documents for the deal saying he already sent them when he did not. I will never conduct business with this dealership and would warn anyone else from doing so. For the $3,000+ worth of repairs the vehicle needed Anthony Heverly offered me nothing in return. Horrible vehicles. Horrible people. Never do...
