Went into this place with my boyfriend tonight and honestly felt so uncomfortable. When i walked in no one seemed to pay attention or say hi. But, seconds after us, a white lady my bf and i are mexican walked in after us. She was immediately greeted and was told about the sale they had going on. Immediately i noticed the difference in the way they didnt greet or glance at us but they greeted her and made her feel welcomed. I already was nervous going into this place because i had never been here but i noticed some cute dresses so i went. I then needed to try on this dress and i asked if i could walk into a fitting room. The same lady who ignored us and greeted the lady after me led me to a dressing room but it seemed like it bothered her to help me. I proceeded to say thank you and instead of a no problem or your welcome! I received an ugly face and she abruptly walked off. Never will i go into this store again. I felt so...

Came today at a slow time so there was no line to do an online return and workers insisted on me doing an exchange. I do all my shopping online so I told them I just wanted to return. Then the cashier gave me a lot of attitude and rolled her eyes as she started my return. She then said she had to call another girl and later a manager before completing my return. I'm not sure if she was incompetent on the register or just trying to force me to wait around. Very bad...

This place always has a great selection, and while they have several locations it always feel like they choose their selection personally like a boutique does.
