I'm pretty disappointed in this place. I call in an order 2 sometimes 3 times a week and I order the same thing every single time. I call because my lunch break is only 30 minutes so I can't wait that long. Today I placed an order as usual and I pick it up go back to my job and its the wrong thing. I'm not familiar with all the menu items so I didn't know what I got. I wanted an Italian panini and it turns out I got the ultimate panini. Im assuming the phone wasn't clear enough and caused a misunderstanding and that's why I was given an incorrect order. Well the customer service I received was horrible. I spend between 11 and 30 bucks a week here and they could care less. Instead of me getting the order corrected I had to discuss with the employee and the manager how I did not ask for what I received and they were telling me I did. If I actually knew any of the other menu items that might be accurate but I literally never get anything else. I didn't even know there was an ultimate panini lol I know what I said. With that being said the food is good so this 1 star is for the customer service. The manager said "what do you want me to do"......ummm get the food I wanted?!???....after having an attitude for no reason. They told me there can't be orders placed over the phone anymore and that people call to place orders and not show up. Well i'm not those people and I dont see how its my problem when that's a problem in the restaurant industry for sure. I wasnt trying to get anything free or get a refund or anything crazy I just wanted the correct order. At the end of the day they gave it to me but wow the way it was handled was not cool at all. The employee did apologize and told me they had 5 paninis I guess they want me to learn all the names. So many people out in the world starving and you think I'm trying to waste food on purpose? I dont think so. I work hard for my money and my time at work is valuable so being able to call ahead and pick up is amazing. I tried them for the first time in January, I just ordered some Hummus and Pita, with extra Pita, and they were all really friendly, good prices, and it tasted great! The hummus was a perfect texture, and they put the perfect ammount of oil. Will be back to try more!

Update 2/13/25: I've been eating here consistently over the past three weeks; I've tried their Greek Salad with the Gyro meat, the two pasta salads, chicken curry with rice, & two of the mixed bean salads, and I have not been disappointed by anything. It all tastes great!

Update 3/6/25: I tried the Shawarma today and it is my new favorite thing I think! It was Thick, and really, really tasty! I've tried Shawarma at other spots around town and they were thin, flavorless wraps, but I am very impressed here. I think I will try the chicken cutlet, and the lamb shank next, and will be back to update!
