Read moreFirst I want to say that these people do not know what they are doing when it comes to grills. I ordered my first set of fangs grill from this location around August2023. I got 10k gold fangs with vvs diamonds. I was charged 750$ for each tooth so 1500$ in total. Once I received it I loved the diamonds. Then when I proceeded to wear my grill fangs I started noticing that they would keep falling out and I would have to adjust the back bar to make them stay, but even that wouldn’t help. They also started pushing my teeth in and making my smile crook it. I contacted Kris about the situation and he told me they could fix it to drop it off. I was working out of town so I wasn’t able to bring it until a month and half later. When I take it to him he says they will remold me and they did, and would fix my grill. He informed me that there would be no need for extra charges as I was already paying 1800$ after I financed the grill. I told him I would like to convert it from yellow gold to white gold in which he said they might charge 50$ for labor but NOT TO WORRY about the cost that the store would pay for it. I was contacted later to pick my grill up and when I did the inside of it looked like it was just scrapped with something to take the yellow color off. Some parts still had yellow on them. He then told me it would be 150$ for the labor ! When he had told me not to worry about the cost. We talked it down to 100$ and I payed. Days later I was still having the same issues but managed to move the bar around myself and got it to stay. Then just a month ago the back bar snaps in half. I contact Kris where he tells me they will fix it. I take and they do WELD it together. The back bar is crook it to the extreme. When I told him I was still having the same issues he tells me that they will have to REMOLD me and do it again. The charges would be 350$ !! This is ridiculous I never answered them back and left it alone. WORST SERVICE EVER !! They don’t work with you to help you at all they just want to keep taking your money. Why should I pay more money to fix something YALL messed up in the first place. They don’t work to make the client happy at all. THEN to make matters worse when I come here to make a review. This guy Kris left a review USING MY email on THEIR google page when I first got the grill back in August 2023 WITHOUT MY CONSENT to give themselves better ratings stating — (Got my chain and charm loving it.) when I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED such item here !!! These people are a scam and should not be trusted at all !!! Would NEVER recommend...

Read moreI purchased a chain from them 3 days it broke. Took it back they said they would fix it first time for free. No problem took it came back in a week like i was instructed. When i received the necklace back they had melted back together. I advised the manager or owner that it was all ready kinked up cause it was in a bag not a box and then you could see where they tried to repair it. He stated that they fixed it i could trade it for another necklaces. I said that’s fine because I’m not leaving with the necklace it’s CLEARLY going to break again. He told me he’d give me deal lol that mane tried ti ask me for another 80 dollars to get a different necklace. I said i paid 120 for that one and another 80 that’s 200 dollars.
