Alex the barber just left a very bitter taste in my mouth about his customer service skills. While he was cutting my 7 year olds hair, my son complained that Alex was holding his head too tight which I in turn told Alex to relax abit but instead of been professional about it, he started getting high toned saying he was not holding his head tight, next thing Alex discontinued cutting my sons hair (half way) and told us to leave his shop!!! This is the same barber that has been cutting my hair and my two sons for the past two years and I have introduced so many customers to. Alex you have very very very poor customer service skills and you need to go learn how to treat people especially kids. Was in the area and decided to get a haircut, called up the place and spoke to Alex and told him I was on my way after seeing the haircuts on Google review. Got there and to my surprise the place was very spacious unlike other barber shops I have been to and clean. Alex greeted me and my girlfriend, choose the haircut I wanted and explained him what my other barber did wrong and guess what he did a very well done job. I am very pleased as well as my girlfriend who love my new look. He was very pro and didn't twist and turn your head like others would. He was swift and precise in the job he did. All for 20 dollars (hair + beard) whereas others will charge you more for the same service. I will be coming back here...

I think she said her name was Lee or Me but it was the only woman barber there. I asked for an all around fade with a little cut off the top and side part, with a line up. My fade could've been cleaner (neater but not terrible overall), my side part was not straight at all, despite how much i brushed the hairs to clean it up at home, and my line up wasn't even lined up. She lined the skin instead of my hairline causing trauma and cuts. This is my first time ever leaving the barbershop with bumps and scarring.
