Woodland Park — Attraction in Houston

First in foremost Mairani she is fire ! Walked in to a nice vibe when approached by Mairani . She showed me at least 3 apartments in HEELS y’all and really was honest about the whole process . Most places are only about the money and they really had the best interest in making sure I could afford it since I am young . The supervisor blunt but words were appreciated definitely made me feel like I could trust them with the whole process. I was not able to afford it by myself a short a few hundred and it was really nice they did this before I spent another 200 sum to find out like most places . There are a lot of apartments that asked me about cosigning and I didn’t feel comfortable until these two ladies helped me during the tour . I’m still waiting on my approval but absolutely stunning apartments super clean, friendly staff that are patient and understanding. Mairani is an absolute delight I don’t usually go all out to type of paragraph but thank you so much for treating me with kindness and making the process super welcoming and inviting. I can’t wait to hear back and look forward to leasing with woodland park -side note both renovated and classic units are absolutely stunning...

Lots of green space for all ages. baseball field, indoor and outdoor basketball. tennis courts. bike rentals. picnic tables. playground. model trolley car. Noise from 45 is pretty loud but not deafening. houston ave is a bit buys but starts to get quiet at near the park. we stopped by looking for a place to eat our packed lunch but ended up staying for 2 hours to run around the playground and pretend to ride the trolley. the craziest part in the park description is that this place was originally built as a weekend retreat for houstonians trying to get out...

It’s a fine park. A great spot if you play Pokémon go.

The picnic tables were lacking and haven’t been looked after for a very long time. Some have been burned pretty badly. It is unfortunate that they have been taken care of so poorly.

There is a small parking lot.

The grass wasn’t mowed and it was evident.

People were milling about and enjoying their time...
