Houston's Sauna & Spa — Local services in Houston

Will not be going again… the actual service turned out to be okay (eyelash extensions turned out fine.) but the frustration of the communication with this establishment is what ruined it for me. After a stressful week and rushing out the door to the appointment, I attempted to call the lady (who never introduced herself or gave a name) she denied my call multiple times, 2 minutes after my said appointment time. I had to text her that I was her next appointment and couldn’t find the suite. She refused to directly answer questions when asked but would ask questions back and basically not make sense.

I find out the wrong suite is listed on google, get inside, filled out paperwork, just to continue being treated rudely. She doesn’t acknowledge what you tell her, and kept asking what length I wanted the lashes, and I kept asking for a picture of lengths, and she says yes, she will get one.

I ask why they don’t return phone calls at this spa, and why communication with text only, and I get accused of telling her that I’m telling her how to run her business. (Ummm, but this is how you get paid. From customers?!? Right?) soooo… I wanted a refund, she said too late it has already been paid over the phone when they asked for Groupon so I payed there more uncomfortable than any other time I’ve gotten lashes.

Think it’s safe to say an F in customer service.. would rather go to one I used to and pay a...

I love this place! I have used the infrared sauna rooms many times and have always loved my time in them. I have also had a mini facial done by Rebecca and it was wonderful. It’s a small facility and very appointment based. I am grateful to have this place in the area.

After reading other reviews I feel I should add that I prepaid for services and was always responded to in a timely manner when trying to redeem my services. I would like to recommend to this Amazing place to get a new look on your beautiful eyelash They are so natural, you can brush them, get water on them and they are still there, unmoved, totally different from temporary lashes. Ladies I say the investment into Xtreme Lashes is worth the time and money, you won't be disappointed.
