Lauria has a horrible attitude and is very snippy. I purchased a bracelet yesterday and when she showed it to me and was very dull and had a brown tinge to it so I politely asked if she could polish it or if there was a better looking one. Before I could even finish my sentence she snapped at me and told me with a snotty look that the design came that way as if I hadnāt seen the display myself. Today I came to get it shined or exchanged for a better looking piece and I showed the floor working the display and my jewelry to which she agreed the display was shiny unlike the jewelry I got. She directed me to another associate who was working next to Lauria and asked her to shine it which she did until Lauria hovered over her and told her she sold me the bracelet yesterday and told me there was nothing they could do even though the associate did shine it??? Lauria added I would have to send it to someplace else to have it completely stripped if I wanted it shiny. Long story short Lauria needs an attitude adjustment or doesnāt need to be working in...

The girl helped me place my charms and was even patient with me as I looked for another charm. When she said my bracelet would be ready for pick up same day after 3 pm I was a little hesitant but thought āokay. Cool.ā I had 6 charms added. 3 were very tarnished, honestlyā¦.but Iāve always been given back a clean bracelet so I expected that today.
When it was picked up the 3 very tarnished charms (heart flower & te amo) were still just as tarnished with one looking like they barely tried to clean it (the gingerbread man) All 6 charms that were added also looked like they were rushed to put on the bracelet and in all honesty Iām a little nervous to wear it because I donāt want to lose any charms.
I guess I learned my lesson and will not be coming back to this location...

He went in the store to do this, and was told it was out of stock and to do a store transfer from Conroe. He was then told it would be a ācouple of daysā. Itās been a week today. I called on it midweek and he called today. He was told it was being shipped and was sent out today. He could have ordered it from the website and had it in two days. They didnāt want to be bothered with doing a refund in the first place and then took their time getting it and then shipped it. We could have done that.
