I wanted to appreciate and offer my gratitude to Ms. Jayshree on her excellent customer service. I love the ring we bought for my niece from this beautiful store. I am not a great jewelry shopper especially diamond rings. I will be honest for me any jewelry store is overwhelming and confusing. Ms. Jayshree was the expert who helped us to buy the right diamond ring with an excellent price. She exactly knows how to put the human element into the business deal. She genuinely connected with us and actively listened our requirements. I asked her several questions about diamonds and rings. She educated us with all the information we needed to know about diamonds. She explained in a very simple way and with a lot of patience. For example, we learned about brilliant and fancy-shaped diamonds, and discover which diamond shape will suit my niece’s style preferences. At the end, we did not feel any pressure from her to buy from their store since she had given so much of her time to us. I think her humbleness and just being an awesome individual helped us to buy the right ring from them. Also, Mr. Anant helped us with the pricing and other logistics to make this process simple, easy, and faster. Mr. Anant was friendly and truly knows his products. From the moment I walked in, Rinku, Sangita, and Jessie were there, ready to assist with their unparalleled customer service. However, it was Rinku who went above and beyond, guiding me through every step of the process with a smile that could brighten even the gloomiest of days. Her genuine warmth and attention to detail truly set her apart, making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish.

Before going to Karat 22 I called a few jewelery stores that friends recommended to find out the price for 1oz of gold. Those stores did not have any in stock. That's when I came across Karat 22 and read the reviews by previous customers who overall were very satisfied, so I gave the store a call and spoke to Trupiti. She pleasantly answered all my questions over the phone. I called back two days later and got Trupiti again and she recognized my voice and said "just come on over and I'll show you the items and take care of you." I asked if it would be ok to make a video call to my mother while there and she said sure so I headed on over several hours later that evening. Upon arriving, Trupiti greeted me with a smile knowing I was the one who'd called and spoke to her a couple of times over the phone. She explained everything I was inquiring about very pleasantly and sweetly waited while I talked to my mother and sister via video call asking them to chose 1 of the 3 items that Trupiti placed in a velvet tray so I could show them. My mother ended up choosing 2 items instead of just 1 and asked me to have them gift wrapped. Trupiti wrapped the items in gift boxes with precision and tied a beautiful bow around each box. That little added touch of wrapping the gifts with such care goes a long way and shows how much customers are appreciated there.
