Tacos El Bigotes — Restaurant in Houston

I happen to go there for the first time today but food is great and the restaurant is nice but I had a little inconvenience I went there around 2:30 pm for a late late lunch and the music was super loud like you can’t go for a business lunch or a date to tacos because the music is loud you can’t barely have a conversation so I order my food and told the waitress was up with the music that it was loud and if they could lower it a little and she went and checked it out with management I guess and she came back and said no they couldn’t so after that a nice gentleman came and brought my food and it happened to be the manager and I address the issue again that music was loud and they could lower it and his response was well at night time is louder and no we can’t lower it . So I told him dude we can’t even speak to each other so then I told him it was my first time dining in with them but with that loud music I wasn’t coming back and he replied well that’s your choice but we aren’t lowering the music and walk away! I guess if your in there for a good time and get beers we’ll that’s the place for you but if you are there to have a lunch peaceful or a date or a business meeting that’s not it very disappointing with manager the way he handled it and his response not so welcoming with...

Eaters please beware. Attencion. Don't eat here my mother almost died.. no coman aqui que me mama ya Mero se murio por comer aqui. We came here this past Sunday the 6th and my mom had the birria tacos. They tasted good but not like before it felt off. Prior the next day she felt so sick she had to go to the emergency she had not went to the bathroom at all because of this. And she got ecoli from the beef which then created bacteria that went into her blood stream.

At first they did not know what was wrong so I took her else where for care. Because of the bacteria her blood pressure went dangerously low and her whole blood was infected that she needed dialysis and she almost died.

Thankfully they were able to clean her blood and prevent her from getting worse but the first night she almost died and we took her berly in time or else that would of been it..

For the record the doctor asked if she ate any spoiled meat and i said the only meat was here at this restaurant. Since then that was her last meal and ever since she's been at the hospital with only liquids. So I'm not saying it was the restaurants fault but im also not saying it wasn't there fault so just be weary people

I have heard of this place for quite some time now through mutual friends that enjoy having a great taco here and there and not getting jabbed in the wallet. I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is well lit and upbeat with comfortable booths and tables spread evenly to practice social distancing. LED TVs are arranged throughout the walls with sports or trending channels to maintain you entertained while your order arrives. The staff, cooks and waiters alike, greet you warmly as you enter. Unlike traditional taquerias in the area this restaurant features additional Seafood offerings on the menu. I ordered six tacos trompo and a quesadilla with trompo meat they were fabulous the meat was well-cooked and perfectly seasoned; the tortillas were right size portion lightly cooked on the skillet with Crispy edges. amazing amazing Flavor. this is a great alternative the walk up Taco stands that are known for good food at a cheap price and best part is you sit down enjoy your beer and are in a great atmosphere in case you want to sit and chill for a while highly recommended will be back soon tackle the...
