Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Houston

I have been a very loyal customer since the day it has been open ! The food that I order never disappointed me is so delicious:-)! I also enjoy the never ending pasta special :-)! You can also along with your meals enjoying never-ending salad or variety type of soup they have which is really delicious :-)! And the desert is to die for :-)! Now that they make delicious mixed drinks but I do admit that it's a little quite expensive I love their raspberry lemonade drink which is unlimited refill :-)! You can never get tired of eating there because they change their menu you sometimes with more variety specials :-)! I also like the special when you order a pasta meal you can take home a $5 pasta meals to cook at home wish you pop it in the microwave oven for a quick meal and if you'd like to have chicken or seafood to add on to the pasta It's only $3 more and I also love it when you can have free sample of wine to taste :-)! I do admit that the waitress needs to have better memory to give you a much better service instead of repeating yourself and to listen to you well and also the place needs to renew the carpet because it does smell moldy:-(! You can also bring kids and your families and your friends and have a wonderful dinner there or lunch with your friends and families also :-)! To start off we all ordered 4 waters with lemon. The lemon wedges they brought us looked like they were old and peel was brown. The peach tea i ordered was unsweetened tea. We were not from that side of Town and starving so we didnt make big deal In hopes it wouldnt be a bad experience… I ordered the tour of Italy with chicken on my Alfredo, when my plate arrived my chicken was raw. The waitress NEVER came to our table to check on us, so I see a manager to let him know. Once he comes to the table the waitress runs over to our table. I simply let them know the chicken was raw and just asked to pack my lasagna & chicken parm. The manager offers a whole new plate- at this point everyone at my table was already finished eating but he offered so I agreed. I asked several times after that for a to go salad & fresh bread while we waited. When finally brought everything to our surprise we were charged again for the plate then comped- however they still charged for the original!! When I asked to speak to a manager the waitress would not stop going back and forth with us about it. So we just gave up at that point as the manager didnt come back either. She took our copy of the receipt!

I went to the location on south west freeway near gessner Blvd, I went to the bar and I ordered a salad with my meal. As I was eating my salad I found a worm in my salad, no it wasn’t moving but it was a worm and it was gross and almost threw up. I had my food put in a to go box because I wasn’t hungry anymore, the very nice bartender Luz was kind enough to go and notify the manager about the situation and he told her to just throw it away because it wasn’t alive and just to give us a free desert instead of coming personally to speak to us and addressing the situation instead he thought a dessert would be sufficient and did not stop giving out the salad even tho I implored the bartender to tell him to stop giving it out because it’s gross and unsanitary but he didn’t think it was a big deal and that was not okay. I’m very thankful I at least had 2 good bartenders that made the experience better but they need a new manager because he obviously doesn’t care about the health of the public. Thank you to Ms.Luz and Mr.Josue for all there help and being caring towards me and my family. I’m giving it three stars because the bartenders were really great and made my experience better but if I could give no stars for the...
