This is the worst place ever, the owners only care for the money not the customer, they can care less for your well being there food had bugs in it and they blamed the plants then they said the meat has bugs sometimes because they have the meat out and bugs gets on it was like are you for real. They even wanted to call the cops on us for us complaining about the bugs which I told them that is unsanitary and a serious issue. They even did not want to give the money back even after we told them we did not even want the food any more for it grossed us out. We then even noticed that everyone was looking closely at there food and left for some told us we were right. These people even charge you for to go cups for food you don't manage to finish eating and for kids soup they said no to go if to go only charge full adult charge was like wow these people are money hungry and the restroom are disgusting plus there was no soap can't imagine the cook since there is no soap for him to wash his hands after he does number 2 nasty. Never again please avoid this place for real drive further down there is way a million times better then this place in every way plus service, taste, give you meat not a pile of guts and recycled left over skin. Now if you like nasty this...

This place was amazing when it first opened up until a years ago. I didn't go for about a year because I moved to midtown. And the last time I dined here, I was shocked by how much the quality has gone down. Broth is overwhelmingly salty instead of aromatic. Dipping sauce tastes odd. Meat is dry. And they don't even give culantro anymore. I guess they expanded the menu instead of just focusing on phở bò, and had to compromise the quality. Now let's talk SERVICE. This place has had the same people since forever, probably family run. The service isn't great, nobody ever smiles here, but that's common at most authentic Asian restaurant. I didn't expect top notch service, I just wanted to be talked to with respect like a human being. The last time I called to order takeout, I haven't even finished saying hello before the lady shouted at me, hushing me to say the order because they were busy. I was taken aback and started stuttering, and she yelled at me even more. Would it cost any time or money to be nice to your customers? Overall, this used to be my favorite, but not anymore. With so many new phở places in Bellaire, I'm sure you can find another with better tasting noodles and...

Although this place has unique meat options such as veal, oxtail & bone marrow for a reasonable price ... I gave it a 3 star due to poor service & CASH ONLY (no sign at the door to let you know up front, you find out after sitting down). The bottom line, not coming back here because there's plenty of pho places on Bellaire with better settings/scenary & service!

It's understood that a lot of pho restaurants is like a fast food place, but when you see mixed variety of non-Vietnamese people walk in, you should give them time to look over the menu instead of hovering over their table waiting on them to order.

The waitress got our order wrong (friend ordered a large & she didn't write it down) she switched another bowl from my other friend sitting across claiming we got it wrong-the person who brought out the bowl was someone else. She started to defend herself that she would have written it down if my friend said it. Never even offered to replace the bowl-nothing & continued to argue & raised her voice ... Everyone was staring at us... So we just said forget it! There was a table next to us, she messed up their drink order as well!...

I loved the phở here so much that I dined 3 nights in a row and took one home for my altar. The broth and steak marinade are so flavorful and soothing. The aroma when you walk in paired with vietnamese music playing in background brought back childhood memories of San Jose, CA. I ordered A2 all 3 times. The raw steak and veggies were fresh and beautiful. The short haired lady is so sweet and attentive. It's cute watching her zip around the restaurant, but I wish the busy little lady didn't have to work so hard. The employees don't speak english, but are respectful and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely returning soon.

Pho is okay, good flavors, just not that outstanding. A secondary go-to place for a late-night pho crave down on Bellaire. The rare beef options are definitely a plus, a unique selling point, but the broth is rarely hot enough to cook it properly. Nevertheless, it still stands as one of the better pho restaurants in the Houston area. Service is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere might need better lighting.

You want to have vietnamese pho for dinner. Unfortunately you get out of work late at 8-9pm. When most pho restaurants have already closed then lucky you still have this one late night restaurant to enjoy vietnamese signature cuisine! Their latest closing time is 11:45pm 👏😊 try the chef special A1. It's their most significant pho. You should also order soy milk cuz they cook the milk fresh there as well
