I USUALLY Won't Review Establishments with Less than Stellar Experiences, BUT This Location was SO Particularly HORRID Until I could Not in Good Conscience Negate Warning Other Potential VICTIMS (and I Use THAT term rather Selectively). My Burger was Prepared Wrong and after paying Extra for EXTRA Cheese that I didn't receive, they Proceeded to take my Burger BACK through the Drive-Thru Window, handed to someone else (through 3 sets of hands Actually🤦🏽♂️) to place the Cheese on my Burger, which is now Cold from the 10 mins that have elapsed for me to return (admittedly my fault as I should've checked before leaving). All the while, I was Exclaiming and Pleading with them to just make a fresh Burger (so that I wouldn't have Cold Cheese refusing to melt on a Cold Meat), which was refused by the Manager, after being TRANSLATED in ENGLISH by the Drive-Thru Attendant (U Can't Make This Up!)! After Also Being Told that it was MY FAULT.... NOT that They Didn't Hear, BUT Rather that I DIDN'T SAY "TEXAS" Double Whopper (Which I Clearly Did, More than Once), Which COMES With Cheese (Thus the Request for "EXTRA CHEESE"). As if it couldn't get any better, I'd Also asked for "Extra Mayo" (which they Translated as "More Mayo".... Tomato/Tomăto, Right? WRONG!), so Happens That Means they CANCEL Ur Ketchup and Mustard🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️. So After Retrieving My Burger (Yes, Because Apparently REFUND wasn't One of my Given Options... at least not in English), I Politely Took the Cold Burger and Slices of Cheese, Thanked them and Exited. I figured My Best Recourse is to Warn Those of U who may be Unsuspecting the Treasure Trove that Awaits U at This Burger King Location! Read moreI went today 08/20 roughly around 930pm. I come to the window to pay and looks like theyre switching around(employees)the manager Erica then comes to the window. I was asked if someone took my order.i let her know I would assume so and I restate my order. I pay and she gives me no receipt. She gives me my coke and asked me to pull around to the front. I waited over 10 min and went to knock on their door. A young men comes to the door and asks what I needed which I let him know I have been waiting on my order. I advice I didnt get a receipt but I did see it processing on my account and showed him. He goes inside and comes back to inform me the manager said i will see it in my bank account in a couple of days. I then asked for a receipt and to speak with the manager. For him to only come back and repeat to me what his manager said earlier, I should see it in my bank account. I left with no refund or food. Very upsetting because with me asking for a refund, then my receipt and to speak with the manager, not once did this manager Erica have the courtesy to come speak with me when she was the one that took my payment and gave me direction to move to the front of the store. Read moreI came on Wednesday 6-24-20 and asked for two ham and cheese croissan'wiches, I was given sausage instead as well as short aggeievated service in the drive through. I called the store twice shortly after noticing but no pick so I left a message with my name, order number, time and contact number. It is now Friday and I received no follow up from my concern. I decided to go in and follow up on my incorrect order. The team member at the counter was short and seem aggreivated I was asking about my order that was incorrect, as I did explain I left all my information on their store voicemail as he again seeming aggeievated asked for my receipt which I did not have on me. The manager was called and he quickly recalled me leaving the voicemail and remade my order. This post is not more so a review on Burger King but rather the individuals that serviced me at the drive through and front counter, if you hate your job and you could care less about providing even an okay customer experience, QUIT!
