Exceptional Service and Dedication - A Shoutout to Red at Pizza Hut

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Hut twice today and was profoundly impressed by the outstanding service provided by an employee named Red. Despite the store being extremely busy, Red's positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

What stood out the most was her ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. The constant flow of in-store customers combined with a stream of DoorDash orders would overwhelm anyone, but not Red. She handled each task with grace and professionalism, ensuring that every customer felt attended to and valued.

I noticed that my order took a bit longer than usual, but seeing Red's dedication to her work and her team made the wait completely worthwhile. Her ability to manage and clear orders diligently was remarkable. It's not often you see someone who's willing to stay past their work hours to support their team and ensure every customer leaves happy.

This place is trash all the way down to the customer service, they messed up my order when I called to let them know and ask that my order be remade the cashier and cook were rude and ignorant. So Informed them I would be pulling up to the store to return the food and I wanted a refund the cook tried to get disrespectful, and there was no regard for my request to settle the issue immediately by just giving me a refund as I was returning the food. The cook wanted to be further express her ignorance by taking out her phone and mocking and recording me so in turn did the same and started to call the pizza hut corporate office that's when she decided to remake my food as they were remaking it, I witnessed the cook spit on my food and to be extra petty they saturated my pizza in barbeque sauce. I noticed the cooks DID NOT HAVE ON GLOVES OR HAIR NETS, GNAT'S FLYING and crawling ALL OVER the front counter and rat dropping behind the counter when I requested a refund because I noticed these indiscretions I requested another refund but they refused so I took pictures of the pizza reported it corporate and threw...

Don’t go here if you don’t have extra extra time on your hands to waste… I just couldn’t believe I waited 33mins of my life in a pizza shop being ignored by 4 fully grown adults who couldn’t set their priorities right. Order was sent in at 6:19pm ,left the store at 6:52pm telling them to cancel after waiting 33mins for nothing. Customer service is zero,I enter the store the first time and I was told my order wasn’t ready even when it states otherwise online,went back to my car to spend an additional 10mins,got back in the store and they all behaved like they didn’t notice anyone came in. One was on the phone gisting away his life and busy spitting on all the orders he was making,kept saying hello to get their attention,they all ignored until I knocked their counter. At last the guy who was supposed to be at the front desk came back to say they had a bulk order,so in other words they just couldn’t fix one for me to go with and continue with the rest,I had to wait until they finish that order.
