Horrible place. Personally visited the Seabrook location 4 months before my wedding. Spoke with a lady at length and, as requested sent her all of my wedding info and inspiration photos by email. Waited over two months with no communication back. Dropped in again and was told that the lady i initially spoke with no longer worked there and they had no information on my request. Was told Selena could meet with me later that day if i could return which i did. We spoke about my order and what i needed for each piece (wedding bouquet, garders, boutineers, decor, etc.) to include delivery instructions morning of my wedding. Now everyone knows you are on a timeline the day of. So i open all of the boxes only to find out the order was wrong and they forget a boutineer. Frantically called and was told one would be made and rushed over to me (and yes the final product was a rush job buy the appearance of it). After calling back many times only to go to voicemail a delivery person arrived 2 hours later with the missing piece. My wedding was amazing even with her completely throwing me off of my timeline with her lack of communication.
Now we get to the preservation of my bouquet. I chose a resin preservation piece with black handles. I was told it would take a few months for the flowers to dry and then another month or so to create the piece. I was married in September and would message Selena to check in every other month or so. Sometimes she would respond, often she would not. 8 months later finally received the piece in a box. I immediately noticed that the resin was not cured correctly because you can see bubbles throughout. The edges were not rounded out during the final sanding process, the handles were set in the resin crooked and today i went to clean and noticed the the "black handles" she used were silver handles that had been spray painted. One is now flaking because she didnt even take the time to prep the surface prior to painting. Oh and rememeber i said i ordered at the slSeabrook location? Well she had me drive to the Houston location 45 minutes away to pick it up. Stay away from this florist. Lack of communication, does not know how to do resin properly, non ethical behaviour, etc. She claimed her Seabrook business was closed down.
