I recently purchased for a client a sterling silver link bracelet for a medical ID alert (of which they can order any type) and had custom work done on it. I also have an elderly client who had trouble fastening bracelets and necklaces due to arthritis and had them switched to sterling silver magnetic closures - each was done with attention to detail to match the closure type with the type of necklace so it did not look out a place. My client was thrilled with the results and the ease of putting on her bracelets and necklaces. It seems whatever I dream up, they can make a reality!

I recently visited this establishment for bracelet repair. I shopped around for jewelry stores in the immediate area, and found this one. It was my first visit there. The reviews were good so I went ahead and decided to check them out. I was greeted by a young lady there who was very courteous and well presented. She advised me on the type of repair needed for my new bracelet and quoted me a competitive price. There was no appointment set, and I was told to be back in about an hour. I returned and she had the bracelet ready for fitting. It was a perfect fit having removed two links. I was very impressed with their service, professionalism, pricing, and the fact they have been there for 45 years speaks volumes about their reputation in the community. BUYER BEWARE!! This review has nothing to do with the jewelry repair business of this establishment but everything to do with the selling of their merchandise. I bought a watch winder. About a week later I decided to return it as I found another winder I liked better. Then, and only then, I was informed “All Sales are Final”. I was not informed of this before purchase and there were no signs in the store or at cash register to inform customers of this. After complaining the sales lady said I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee which was highway robbery on the other side of the counter. I later realized the sales lady did not reimburse me for the sales tax. Another form of robbery from other side of the counter.
