-my move in was one of the most rough uncommunicate exprience due to they onyl have ONE manager for 5+ locations.. one was leaving when I was joining and then they hired another ( they def been understaff with management for awhile ) from lack of responses, move,in,and Issues i nmy suite of water pipe not secure, and roof leak that took months to "fix" come later to thos days the newer part of the building (suites 500-600) has HVAC issues. aside from cabinets not being secure properly form the studio and falling on people causing injury. but guess what? the owners Aaron and Meagan DO NOT CARE. and will tell you " well thats why you have insurance"
in which case youll see not just my room but mutiple tenants have all had mold issues due to No air being pulled out from the rooms. one woudl think, " oh it cant be THAT bad. " yes ..yes it can, with data evidence i showed in some rooms WITH a dehumidfier and still not enough is getting done. Not only that you will have lack of circulation being pulled out.. what does that mean? chances are if you deal with chemicals ( most stylist do color or nail tech) the pm2.5 is high( always sitting above 20+ ) and sits way above average for anyone. thos with respistory issues should be aware as they openly know abotu the problem for months and are VERY slow and cheap to get it fix while youre paying $385-$600 WEEKLY per room. . there has been many tickets submitted and tennats stressing over these issues as this is NOT OSHA complaint or safe for tenants yet they have in your lease "no rentpaybacks" meaning youre screwed and they can only work with you if you give them more money ( extend your lease) these issues have been stressed out since NOV 2024. , weve complain mroe to where everyone notice first quarter of 2025. , nothing was order for HVAC parts till JUNE, parts came in AUGUST 2025. hvac install mid august 2025. btu system is NOT calibrated and doesnt work properly still. it is near the...
Read moreMy Salon Suites welcomed me with open arms to open my suite. Kim is the manger that helped me. She made sure that my move in was easy breezy. Any questions I had, she patiently answered. I love this location, it’s in such an eclectic area with other artists since it’s located right by Sawyer Yards & art studios. The lighting in suites is amazing. I’m surrounded by windows and skylights which is an absolute must for colorists. Also, the view of the trains are so cool! Everyone at this location (management and other tenants) has been so kind and welcoming. Kim made sure my dream suite was ready to move in on time and flawlessly. Thanks for giving me a space to express my individuality as a stylist and to create beautiful hair in an environment that is vibing with energy and nice people. -Liz @ Lavish...
